Our Website and the Services' Websites are hosted on Hetzner Online. It provide us with the IT infrastructure to run the applications and websites that allows us to promote and sell our Services and Products to you.

SECTION 6 - PRODUCT PURCHASING
In order to purchase a Product, the Client must visit the Service's Website, explore the Products offered there, add the wanted Products to the cart and when the Client is ready to purchase them, the Client must review the cart to see the names, prices, currency, accepted cards and proceed to click the Checkout button.
Once clicked the Checkout button, the Client will be redirected to the SDL Platforms FZCO Payment Page (https://pay.thims.market) in which the Client will be able to review once again the desired products' names, quantities, prices, currencies, totals, discounts and the accepted cards in the Order Summary card.
After the Client reviewed all the details in the Order Summary card, the Client must proceed to type the personal information (full name, address, state, country, phone number and email) required to request to our Payment Processors the Payment Form, in which the Client must type the payment information (bank card number, expiry date, CVV, card holder's and 3DS authentication) in order to proceed with the payment of the desired Products.
After a successfull payment, the Client will receive the digital invoice of the purchase on the declared email within a period of time not exceeding 24 hours, which will include the next details:
- Details of the seller: The Company.
- Details of the buyer: The Client
- The Order Summary with Products' names, quantities, prices, currencies, discounts and totals
- The Download Links of the purchased Products
- Additional information with the contact email address of the Company
- Information about how to proceed with a Refund request
- Information about how to proceed to give a review to the Company
SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing information. The Products provided can be purchased online via our Payment Page (https://pay.thims.market). The User need to introduce accurate payment information in order to execute a successful purchase through the supported payment methods.
The Products can be purchased using a valid debit/credit card from Visa or Mastercard in the currency AED. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
It is advisable that cardholders must retain copies of transaction records and adhere to merchant policies and rules.
